If you need to reschedule your 1:1 session within 24 hours of the scheduled time you will forfeit your 1:1 coaching session opportunity and we will not be able to offer a refund. We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy as needed.
We get it — things happen, schedules change. If you’d like to cancel your 1:1 session purchase more than 72 hours ahead of the scheduled session date, we’ll refund you 100% of the total session price. Once your refund is processed, you can expect to receive it within 10-12 business days.
